About Mens Fraternity Network

History:

Men’s Fraternity Network began over a decade ago with a simple but powerful mission—to equip men with the tools to grow in faith, lead with integrity, and build meaningful relationships. Leadership transitioned in 2015, bringing a renewed focus on fostering an environment where men could openly share their struggles, find encouragement, and deepen their relationship with Christ.

Through trial and refinement, the group discovered the power of small group discussions, where men could speak freely without fear of judgment. This structure created a space for vulnerability, accountability, and true brotherhood, allowing men to grow spiritually and personally.

Today, Men’s Fraternity Network stands as a strong, purpose-driven community dedicated to developing better leaders, husbands, fathers, and disciples of Christ. Weekly gatherings provide opportunities for study, mentorship, and connection, helping men navigate life’s challenges with faith and confidence.

With a foundation built on community, accountability, and spiritual growth, Men’s Fraternity Network continues to impact lives, encouraging men to live with purpose and lead with strength in their families, workplaces, and beyond.

Join a brotherhood committed to faith, growth, and purpose.

Vision:

Our vision is to establish a supportive network of men's groups across the city, fostering a community where men feel empowered to grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. By creating an environment that encourages open communication, spiritual growth, and genuine connection with their local church, we aspire to provide a safe space for men to share their challenges and victories.

Through the Mens Fraternity Network, we aim to equip and strengthen men with biblical teaching and practical insights, ultimately becoming the men God created them to be. Our goal is to see a high percentage of men at Men’s Fraternity Network actively engaging in life groups and embodying the core values of loving God and loving others, leading to transformative personal and community growth.

  • manhood. Organize a casual environment with an emphasis on fun, fellowship, and the making of

  • new friends (evangelistic if possible).

  •  Host two social events each year (e.g., cookout).

  • Host a mens prayer event each year.

  •  Conduct one Serve our City event each year.

Leadership Development:

  •  Conduct at least two leadership training sessions per year for the breakout group leaders.

  •  Provide a platform for men to grow in their leadership capacity.

Ongoing Commitments:

  •  Continue to set goals to generate effective agents of transformation among men in the community, inspiring them to live with integrity and mobilizing them to answer Gods call to be changemakers in his name.

We continue to look for ways to grow Men’s Fraternity and develop strong leaders, husbands, fathers, employees, and, most importantly, disciples who love Jesus. If you feel called to serve and believe you’d be a great fit for a leadership role, we’d love to hear from you, contact us below.
